Many people feel that if the Boise State Broncos can win this contest, they are going to have a cakewalk through to the BCS Championship Game. That could very well be the case, but first thing is first: they have to deal with the Hokies.
The real difference in this game should be the lines of scrimmage. There’s no question that Boise State Broncos is among the most talented – if not the most talented – non-BCS schools, but where the difference should be noticed is along the offensive and defensive lines.
The Virginia Tech Hokies will be able to push them around a little bit and get to the spots that they need first, which should allow them to run the ball a little better. In such a tight contest, that will be all the difference necessary.
